At the Investment Banking Divisions of UBS, Morgan Stanley, and Nikko Salomon Smith Barney, demonstrated leadership in numerous IPOs, M&As, capital restructuring, and other corporate financing assignments

Subsequently, as CFO for Nippon Prologis REIT, Inc., played a central role over a number of years in its IPO, multiple financing initiatives, and domestic and international IR activities

Through earlier experiences in North America, he also developed in depth expertise in US commercial real estate businesses
